We encourage children to discover their passions, build resilience, and develop a sense of ownership over their fun and growth.

Hi, my name is Mira Ray, and I am a motivational speaker and coach. My past experiences with digital addiction in friends and family events inspired the need for tech-life balance.
It helped me realize the deep-seated and profound effects of digital addiction and the importance of reconnecting with meaningful screen-free living, fostering family bonds, empowering kids for a better offline world for their mental and physical wellbeing.I now know firsthand what it’s like to struggle with the overuse of technology, balancing digital and real-life experiences, and this is why I speak to parents, educators, schools, organizations and educational communities.My goal is to motivate and educate kids and parents to adopt solutions that leadt o healthier mental, physical wellbeing, healthier family dynamics, empowered children, stronger connections and balanced lifestylesWhen I am not speaking, you can find me organizing screen free community resources, finding new creative ways to connect kids with nature and explore the world.
